Student Week: Jeep Voyager Skincare Concept

Published

What if Jeep introduced a skincare line?

That’s precisely what designer Grace Susilo asked for one of her student projects, introducing a totally unexpected brand extension that takes Jeep’s rugged look and translates it to the beauty aisle.

Most of the time, skincare products are associated with the sole purpose of beauty. However, individuals who are exposed to the sun and dirt often are prone to skin cancer and other problems. Active men and women, who go outdoors often, as well as construction workers, are prone to exposure more than the average. It becomes a challenge for these individuals in the future with the risk at hand.

The Jeep Voyager Skincare kit is a portable introductory kit for the active men and women. It is targeted towards folks in their mid-20s and above who enjoy the outdoors, like hiking, rock–climbing, camping, and off-roading trips. The kit includes three products: a face cleanser, a moisturizer, and a container with miniature bars of hand soap for the journey ahead.

The purpose of this project is to provide a simple skincare routine for people who don’t know where to start. This kit will be displayed at car dealerships and offered as gifts exclusively by Jeep.
