Milwaukee’s Proof Pizza Gets A Bold New Identity

That was our line of thinking when we set out to brand Milwaukee’s newest pizza spot—attached to Saint Kate, Milwaukee’s newest arts destination. An artist proof. A printer’s proof. Proofing dough. Blending artistic process with culinary technique almost seemed a bit too easy. And knowing the food and beverage team we were working with, we had no doubts that the end product would justify the bold claim made by the name.
