Monseré's Skincare Packaging Is Stunningly Subdued

Monseré is a skincare line built for everyone, and their direct packaging is a reflection of that mission. The boxes themselves have water color paint brush strokes on them, adding a moment of levity to the beautifully minimal package design. 


Monseré is not a usual beauty brand: it's based on all skin cultures. The brand image, by using a non-color-limited approach, helps convey the idea that all skins are treated equally.

The brand design, including the packaging that comes along with each product, as well as all imagery, which were all carefully created in a 3D environment, was crafted by Studio Composite over the course of two years, following the release of 5 different product lines across multiple design and concept reiterations.

The main packaging, with a neutral tone, is the backdrop for a series of stains which individually represents one of the many multiplicities of skin tones, along with a matching color scheme indicative of the product within.

After delivering the designs, which have since been produced and shipped, Studio Composite was tasked with creating the imagery for social sharing of the brand's identity. Since then, together with Monseré, they have created three series of 3D renderings, all with a careful collaboration between the brand and the studio, as to create images that actually speak for the ideas behind each product. Creating the product images in a controlled 3D environment has enabled the studio to go reiterate extensively as to create the perfect visuals, without any physical constraints.
