We’re smitten with the bottle design for Stauning Whisky, which utilizes a matte black that’s reflected in the design of the distillery itself. The bottle utilizes a striking white serif font that speaks to the history of the processes used to create the whiskey. Our favorite part of the design is the sprawling gold scrawl that creates a mosaic scene that incorporates the history of the 5 friends who created the brewery, the history of Denmark, and the process in which the product was created.
This is a bottle you’d be proud to pour your friends a drink from. Sharing the spirit of camaraderie, the way the 9 founders of this distillery would want you to.
Denmark is famous for many things. Whiskey isn’t one of them. Until now. Driven by curiosity, and a love for whiskey, nine friends got together in 2005. They wanted to show that a high-quality whiskey could be produced in Denmark, using only traditional in-house methods. Nine months later, Stauning Whisky was born.
