With bars closing their doors because of the pandemic and then re-opening with limited capacity, the writing was on the wall-consumers missed their bartenders, and they definitely did not want to shake, stir, or muddle themselves an expertly-crafted drink. What’s more, they were popping up in cans because, you know, everything comes in an aluminum vessel now?
