Maltgarden Brewery: A Funky Twist On Craft Beer

We're digging the funky tie-dye vibe for Maltgarden, a new Polish beer that leans into retro design styles with modern typefaces. The way the hues blend together on the can reminds us of the colors oil creates when it meets water.

The vivid yellows, blues, and lavenders that the color swatches blend in to allows the type-writer font to stand out boldly on the can, making Maltgarden a statement brew. 

Maltgarden is a new initiative on the Polish beer market, but signed by one of the most successful home brewers in Poland – Andrzej Miler.

Our task was to create a brand that would reflect the spirit of independence and position the new brewery as an alternative on the Polish craft beer market. When designing packaging, we wanted to break beer patterns, including those from the craft beer shelf and reach for new graphic means – putting on the craft also when creating labels.
