Take A Bite Out Of Madies

Take a bite out of the retro and geometric-inspired design for Madies, a preservative-free fruit snack brand. With typography that feels both modern and retro at the same time, the vivid colors of the packaging allow the label to draw the consumer in. The half circles bring a balanced feel to the design that makes this snack feel approachable and upscale.

On the whole, it feels like you're tearing into a decadent chocolate bar, as the overall branding feels like it's something straight from the shelves of a luxe chocolatier. Except, you know, it's fruit.

Madies is a snack brand from Mexico focused on healthy and natural snacks. The company manufactures preservative-free crispy fruit snacks.

The objective was to create a modern visual language that conveys the idea that Madies is more than a crunchy snack.

Madies’ journey started in the 1940s, when an international art movement, known as Arte Madí, experimented with geometrical shapes to create abstract art. Inspired by this group of artists, the visual language was conceived to reflect the powerful concepts of creation and invention.
