This Recyclable Water Carton Will Make You Ditch Plastic Bottles Forever

Unicorn, a branding agency based in Riga, Latvia created this whimsical logo and packaging system for Water for Change, a company with a serious mission: to educate consumers about reducing waste from plastic bottles and to provide access to clean, safe water in the developing world. 

"The creative challenge was not only to create a positive, modern, Scandinavian design, but to make it informative and educative.

"Billions of non-biodegradable plastic water bottles end up in landfills each year. Millions of people die from drinking contaminated water. “Water for Change” is an ethical company with a big heart and a passion for change. That is why the product is packed in recyclable Tetra Prisma® carton and for every 'Water for Change' purchased, 10 litres of water is donated to a village in the developing world.
