What did you learn from a bad client experience?

In a perfect world, every client experience would be, well, perfect. But at some point in your career, you’re going to have a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad one—or, in the very least, a not-so-great one.


Agencies like Pearlfisher had one with a multi-country design, and Viceroy Creative have mistakenly accepted lower-budget projects in the past. Shannon Gabor of Clever Creative confessed, “We’ve had a handful of bad experiences. Any agency does. Luckily, we have pretty amazing clients, so our bad experiences are few. And much like life, you learn from them.”
