“Chiavalon First is a limited edition brand of the so called olio nuovo by the Istrian Chiavalon brothers, multiply-awarded olive oil producers. Olio nuovo is the first extra virgin olive oil to be released each year, freshly pressed from hand-picked olives in the first few days of the harvest and available only for a short time.”
