To celebrate the mid-Autumn festival, Not Available design developed the packaging for K11 Mooncakes. These tasty cakes are made from a bean past and a crisp crust, and since they’re super sweet are often enjoyed with a bit of tea. Not Available design used abstracted graphics and contemporary colors to represent the lunar cycle on the boxes and bags.

The lovely pastel colors can be interpreted from the lunar cycle and colors often seen as a halo around the moon, in the sky, or reflected in bodies of water. Shining silver foil adds in a celebratory element and gives them a sharp appearance. Patterns are soothing and relaxing while also representing the changing shape of the moon in the night sky.
