Cement literally makes up the foundation and materials for homes, stores, and other buildings, and Andino Cement’s new packaging expresses strength and beauty at the same time to generate consumer trust. After all, buyers want to have complete confidence in the building materials they use. Andino Cement’s redesign, led by Brandlab, steers away from sterile construction material packaging and instead gives it a bold new look that says a lot about the brand’s personality. Using images of the Andes and Peru, it also expresses a deep pride in where the materials themselves come from.
“Andino it's one of the premium cement brand thanks to the raw primary materials extract from the Mountains Andes at almost 4000 meters high. We revitalize the brand making a tribute to the illustration of the factory that was present from the first packaging and place of origin, Condorcocha, which means ‘The Condor's Lagoon’ in Quechua (Antique Peruvian Language). We decided to use black packaging, highlighting the values f the brand and totally differentiating it from the others competitors.”
