There’s one thing that’s better than a cool, clear pool on a hot and humid summer day, and that’s a crisp and refreshing can of beer. One of Bell’s Brewery’s favorites is back for this summer, and its light and fruity flavor is perfect for those sweltering summer afternoons.

“Poolside is a beer we haven’t seen for a while. It was incredibly well received and we thought it was the right time to bring this seasonal favorite back. It’s very drinkable and a great addition to our summer can lineup.” Bell’s Vice President Laura Bell states.

“Bell’s Poolside Ale is a refreshing Belgian-inspired Wheat Ale with light clove notes. The truly distinguishing feature is the use of 100% Montmorency tart cherries grown in the Traverse City region of Michigan. These cherries add a subtle tartness and bright counterpoint to the other flavors, enhancing Poolside’s fruity character and making it the perfect beer for all summer activities.”

Bell’s Poolside Ale cans, designed by Kaleidoscope, embody what we think of when we think of summertime, and the white picket fence on the front says quite a lot. It elicits that feeling of stepping outside, seeing hte crisp, still pool in front of you, and getting to bask in the relaxation and luxury of pool life. The cherry flavor appears in splashes of red on the packaging, seen in text and on the outer edge of the pool. Turquoise hues are calming, making consumers want the summer to last all year round.
