Four times a year, on equinoxes and solstices, Beau’s All Natural Brewing Co. releases a special gruit ale. The series marks four days that signify the sun’s position in the sky and its relation to the equator, which directly affects the seasons. Naturally, the labels feature flora that can be associated with each time of year.

The large amber bottles are perfectly suited for a craft beer, and a subtle embossing on the bottle gives the brand a small-town feel. Illustrations are done true-to-life and look like they were taken straight from a sketchbook. Colors are dreamy and slightly faded, tying in the sun without directly including it on the label. Even the label itself is slightly yellowed, making the beer feel more unique. The neck label color corresponds to the main label, each one a rich, earthy color to help consumers tell each one apart. One by itself is certainly something any beer lover would treasure, but releasing them as a series encourages people to collect all four.
