Delicious tea made easier. If you’re wanting fresh tea leaves to brew, you also need to have an infuser at hand. Luckily, New Tea Ceremony provides both of these, and all you have to do is boil a little water. Designed by Typical Organization, this line of tea sticks is just as good for a grab-and-go cup of tea as it is for a relaxing cup of afternoon tea.

“For our Athens based client Elixir tea we have tried to translate classic principals from the monumental tea culture in a new grid based tea ceremony. A dotted grid, inspired by the Elixir's tea stick perforation, is used to assure a modernistic harmony & order promoting the purifying, calming and energising effects of the teas. The new ceremony is performed in the 3D projecting rooms of our contemporain lifestyle where we have a renewed relation with time and space, making an attempt to render the emerging virtual space into a real time heavy contrasted tea experience.”

New Tea Ceremony takes the genius design of the tea stick and incorporates it into the packaging. Bright colors give the brand an undeniably modern appearance, which is a welcome and bold approach for something that is usually associated with relaxation or daily rituals. Tea sticks are silver, which furthers the modern look. The dot pattern gives a sense of organization and tidiness, much like graph paper, while the cups on each package vary slightly to avoid looking too methodical.
