Get Healthy with a Vitamin D-infused BerryBon Bonbon

We don’t normally think of bonbons as that healthy, but BerryBon is looking to change that. These unique (and adorable!) treats taste fruity and light, and they pack in some vitamin D as well. Ghyczy Dia designed the packaging for this revolutionary product that is sure to make it way more fun to eat your vitamins.

“My clients asked me to design a logo and packaging for an amazing product. BerryBon is a healthy and delicious bonbon, not only because it was made from the best quality raw materials. This is their own recipe: every bonbon contains enough vitamin D to almost cover the daily needs of an adult.”

“Kun Judit and Szántó Gábor created the brand strategy: they wanted to communicate differently, than an average chocolate brand does. The brand essence is the unexpectedness, because it's not a simple dessert: unexpected taste (because of the slightly sour red fruit filling), the qualities (bonbon with vitamin? wow!) and the communication as well. So the slogan became: Unexpect everything!”

“My task was to design a logo for the 'Berrybon—The vitamin Bonbon's brand name. Than a packaging which has a little trick and mirrors the slogan.”

BerryBon embraces the fact that it’s a sweet treat that’s also wholesome and healthy. On the front of the box, a girl is swinging without a care in the world, and the color palette is alluring and lovely. A royal purple instantly makes BerryBon look more intriguing and high-end, and the gold foil is a luxurious detail. The box opens differently from traditional candy boxes, sliding open instead of a lid coming off the top, further setting it apart from other bonbons.
