Solar del Alma is the name of the special series of Malbec wine from the Greek winery Krontiras located in Mendoza, Argentina. The design that breaks with the classic portfolio offers a new brand all over the world. The packaging designed by Caliptra is inspired by the brand name that means “the refuge of the soul.” It’s the place where everyone can find peace and tranquility.
“When we designed this label, we decided to use black colour to give elegance to the packaging and we designed the crown of Helios, god of peace in the roman mythology, to allude to the origin of this Greek winery.”
For the communication, Caliptra used a handmade calligraphy with a vibrant red as the Malbec.
