“‘Riesling. Late harvest’ was created from the grapes, caressed by sun-beams during hot summer and long warm autumn, which were hand-picked at the threshold of winter.” It’s clear that the folks at Tiraspol Winery & Distillery KVINT take a lot of pride in the wine they create. It possesses an aroma of ripe fruit and Bogdan Yarahmedov designed this incredibly limited edition riesling, with only 3000 bottles being produced.

Riesling. Late Harvest combines many different design elements in a streamlined way. Delicately drawn grapevines grace the front, falling into the curve of a large “R” that the label creates as it wraps around, leaving empty space. Colors are light, almost as if they faded in the sun that beamed down on the grapes. Text on the back allows the winemakers to share a bit of their story and love for wine.

Other elements are far more subtle. Small squares are embossed on the front label, as well as the almost hidden text “Late Harvest,” adding texture. The copper of the wine foil also appears throughout the design, from the wine year to shadows on text. The design of Riesling. Late Harvest has a variety of layers, a reflection of the different notes the wine contains, and so it is perfect for enthusiasts who desire a fine wine.
