Wayward Whiskey is straightforward and ready to make bold promises, and the smart design is purposeful and modern while still retaining a bit of that classic whiskey bottle feel. Chen Design Associates aimed to give a nod to its American heritage but at the same time set it apart from the spirits currently on the market. As Chen Design Associates describes it, it’s “rustic but clean, nostalgic yet contemporary.”
Upon close inspection, the design features small lightning bolts and signs reminiscent of electric fences, implying that the whiskey itself is electric and ready to put a jolt of life into you. The delicate attention to detail elevates Wayward Whiskey to the high standards and bold promises it makes.
