At a time when so many companies are opting for white and bright imagery to associate with their brands, a dark color palette is eye-catching in and of itself. Upon closer inspection of the design for Anteeo Tea Company by Michael Mason, you’ll see finely curated details and delicate symbols. These meticulous designs are perfectly spaced, making the packaging uncluttered, and the product says a lot without white backgrounds or loud colors.
“I approached their brand with a contemporary and minimalist visual language, paired with dark color palette to communicate their thoughtful and elevated positioning. Minimal abstract patterns and complimentary colors were developed to differentiate each of their products, and a small adhesive was used to close the lid of the tea box that is torn once opened.”
"To demonstrate the amount of care that was given into finding and sourcing each of their products, a regional map for each of their teas was developed, and can be found on the side of each tea box.”
