A hypnotic set of beer bottles dressed in eye-popping illustrations. Ján Bača takes the feeling of having a little more than a drink or two and paints it on bottles with saturated colors in a surrealist style. Type is warped, labels are stretched into wave patterns, where amongst the chaos, a minimal design sits as the anomaly.
“Self-initiated project, redesign of my favourite belgian beers labels. I tried to avoid typical beer labels cliché and created fresh, shiny designs which would be greatly visible on shelves, while keeping brands’ original color schemes and identity elements.”
