Leyenda 1929 Identity + Package design for a brand of traditional, gourmet Mexican sauce. Born in grandma’s kitchen (as the best recipes usually do) in the year 1929, Leyenda is a line of gourmet, traditionally-made salsas from the north of Mexico. Eye-catching condensed type, a timeless monogram based off of the partners’ initials, and some charming flourishes here and there help reflect the warm allure of the strong, earthy flavors of Mexican ranch cuisine.
