Innato

Creating a strong brand identity for Romex Group was of top priority for the designers at Infinito. The goal was to make a mark in the world of chocolate with specialized Peruvian cacao. The fingerprint is formed from a story, the journey of cacao from its origin to its transformation to the final product. A color band overlaps the fingerprint to represent the uniqueness of each cacao bean.
"Innato is a new brand of chocolates by Romex Group, targeted at chefs, artisan chocolatiers, and bakeries. The Peruvian cacao is increasingly valued and it became very important to convey the origin and characteristics of each cacao variety."
"The project included naming. The Innato name refers to something that is not learned but belongs to the nature of a being from its origin or birth. We found it to be the most appropriate name, allowing us to create a system that includes the cacao origin in the name of each variety."
