Callebaut International Ambassadors Seminar ’14 Packaging

The Chocolate Ambassadors Club is an invitation only membership, comprised of a small group of internationally known chefs, pastry chefs, and confectioners. The club gathers annually to develop and discuss new ideas and concepts, and represents chocolate brands, Callebaut, Cacao Barry and Carma. For the 2014 International Ambassadors Seminar in Barcelona, attendees received a curated selection of dragées, representing the four landscapes that define the Spanish city – 21% sea, 30% mountain, 6% city and 43% countryside

The topographical percentages are represented in the proportions of each box, each varying in size, but designed to perfectly come together as a perfect square. The selection was created by pastry chef Josep Ma Ribé in collaboration with Callebaut team ambassadors: Jordi Farrés, Jordi Garrido, Jordi Pujol, Claudi Uñó and Antonio Marqués.
