This project features t-shirts inspired by Kyle, a spunky, young boy staying at the Ronald McDonald house, who developed an insatiable craving for bacon while waiting for his kidney transplant.

Kyler would often make secret requests for bacon, sometimes saying it was for his mother and going as far as to hoard it beneath his pillow at night.

“Sometimes the most normal things are not always possible for sick kids. Kyler was just being a little boy who loves bacon. Needless to say our love of bacon has grown and this is our way of sharing it with you.” – Ronald McDonald House Northern Alberta

The t-shirts, packaged as if they were slabs of bacon, are a creative ode to Kyler and his obsession. They feature quotes from the young bacon lover as well as illustrations. All proceeds from the t-shirt sales support the Ronald McDonald House Northern Alberta Charity and are available for sale.
