SPAAAADE&Co. designed Bicycle Hundred Years' War Playing Cards. A design that is based on the hundred year war between England and France. The inspiration for this concept is shown throughout the design by identifying sides and utilizing gold and silver foil color schemes. A kickstarter campaign that was successfully funded July 3rd.

"Bicycle Hundred Years' War Playing Cards is a new custom playing cards project on Kickstarter. The card design is based upon a series of wars between England and France which lasted for more than a century. The tuck case has two editions--the Gold and the Silver. Meticulously designed tuck case is accentuated by elegant details throughout with beautiful symbols and crowns of each dynasty and intricate borders, showing the concept of confrontation clearly. The case basically includes deep gold/silver foiling and embossing as a finish and will be using Premium Tuck Stock which is used on Artisans Deck."

An exquisite design that is definitely a collection item. The use of foil on the tuck case and the illustrative details on the cards themselves are just impeccable. The entire concept is brought to life with each card and the identifying solders, queens and my favorite card, the joker.
