Designed by Bala, Mexaheads is a brand of ‘Art Toys’ inspired by Mexican culture.
“We were assigned to create the brand identity and packaging design for the collection of Pre-Hispanic Art Toys that we named Mexaheads, as the collection is characterized by the peculiarity of the huge shape of their heads.
The pieces to be intervened, needed to tell a story that would inspire the collector. Here, the heart of the project lies in the syncretism of the ancient Mayan culture and the trendy Art Toys, two apparently different aspects.
