This limited edition Surf Grooming Kit designed by Studio Point and Make Co. is the most sophisticated surfboard maintenance kit on the market. A wonderfully designed product that includes everything a surfer needs and more.
"The Surf Grooming Kit is the most sophisticated surfboard maintenance kit on the market. It includes a Bronze and Brazilian Lapacho waxcomb, a black cotton cloth, a bar of wax and a bottle of methyl hydrate to clean off any residue left by the wax. The waxcomb features your standard comb grooves, a scraper and a bottle opener so you can enjoy a cold brew while taking care of your board. It also comes with a leather lanyard so you can attach it to your jeans or keys and carry it with you anywhere.
This packaging is a limited edition of 25 and was the brainchild of the branding team at studio point. Made out of two sheets of wood with cut-out openings and silkscreen prints, it holds everything together simply with Chicago Screws. All of the prints are bilingual and present the products as if they were vintage man grooming tools. The idea has been pushed to "grooming" real surfboards, creating wax patterns on different boards and also reproducing the logo to be used on display."
