Black Jack wine label design by DIA. “The EMM Group’s Wine Director, Peter Mastrogiovanni, reached out to us to create the identity, logo and inaugural label for his new wine venture Black Jack. We took a very reductive approach to the design by combining red and black with a modern typeface. Without wanting to use any playing card iconography, we simply called out the letters “A” and “J” to nod to a perfect blackjack hand. We also flipped “Jack” upside down to reference the classic playing card design.”
