CHALLENGEThe proprietor of Il Buco restaurant, a rustic New York favorite, decided to expand to a new venue that combines a small market with a casual restaurant. In addition to selling Il Buco’s own brand of homemade olive oils and vinegars, the alimentari, or grocery, also doubles as an espresso bar and gelateria. With so much to offer, the owners needed a unified identity that would broaden their brand’s horizons while remaining true to the spirit of the original Il Buco.
RESULTSSince its opening, the alimentari has earned critical accolades and attracted flocks of intrigued foodies. With their adaptable identity, the Il Buco team is poised to expand their offerings as they continue to embark on new and delicious culinary ventures.
