Jonathan Ford is a Creative Partner & Co-founder Pearlfisher. The Session:

Challenging the Future of Food with Design: Using case studies of brands that are challenging conventions, Pearlfisher’s Jonathan Ford will explain why challenger design (and challenger brands) are the future. You’ll see how consumers’ behavior and attitudes toward food are changing and explore the resulting effect on creating successful designs. You’ll learn how to incite new consumer desire through design and see how you can take advantage of the inroads certain brands are making on the path to progress.
