A lovely selection of work from Lea Feng, is finishing up her packaging design course at FIT in New York, this semester. Take a look at her projects below,
Pure Tea
Each crafted from a single sheet, Pure Tea combines two ancient art forms of tea and origami. Zero adhesives are required in this elegant yet simple design, mirroring the purity of the tea within.
Chroma Change
Mad scientist meets divine diva. Chroma Change is a future spec product that uses nano biotics to make cosmetic changes on a cellular level. Two well timed injections in the arm and voila, the eye color you've always dreamed of.
Black & White
A bit of a moot point now, but the assignment was to create a line of commemorative beer celebrating the 2008 elections. Each case and bottle is emblazoned with key phrases and points from each runner's campaign. Designed to live side by side, the bold contrast makes it simple to scope out and clear winner on the store shelves. Every time you make a purchase you are voting and none more obvious than this.
La Bete
Can the ugly be beautiful? Certainly. La Bete draws inspiration from fantastic insects.
Paul Smith Airways
Flying could stand a dose of fun and fashion. Who better than Paul Smith to do it? Vamp up the colors, bring in the patterns and enjoy.
